Make sure you are not muted on your calling platform, and the mute light on your headset’s inline controls is not flashing red. If it’s flashing red, it means you are muted. Press the circle mute button again to unmute yourself.

Also check if you've selected H390/H391 (displayed as Logi USB Headset) as your input device, and adjust input volume to maximum in your calling platform and system settings.

If you are connecting the headset using an external USB hub, try removing it from the hub and plug it directly into your computer.
