- Open Logitech Options:
Windows: Start > All Programs > Logitech > Logitech Options
Mac: Macintosh HD / Applications / Logitech Options - On the Mouse tab, in the lower left of the window, check Swap left/right buttons.
You’ll notice a new icon becomes visible to show you the buttons are swapped.
