If your Harmony remote was programmed by a professional installer and you are unsure about your Harmony LoginID or other account info that was used to set it up you will need the following:
- A PC or Mac with Internet access
- The Logitech Harmony Remote Software installed on your computer, which can be downloaded by clicking here
- The USB cable that was included with your Harmony remote
(Any '5-Pin Mini-B' USB cable will work, such as one from most digital cameras, mp3 players or cell phones)
To reset your password or recover your Login ID:
- Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software. On the login page, click on "I forgot my password"
- Select Yes for "Do you have the remote?" and click on the
button
- Connect your Harmony remote when prompted and click on the
button
- Your login ID will be displayed. Answer either the Security question or two of the three questions about your account and click on the
button
- If necessary, enter a new password and click on the
button
- Once your password has been successfully reset, click on the
button to proceed to your account
