My Harmony remote was programmed by a professional installer and I don't know my Harmony Login ID and/or password

If your Harmony remote was programmed by a professional installer and you are unsure about your Harmony LoginID or other account info that was used to set it up you will need the following:

A PC or Mac with Internet access
The Logitech Harmony Remote Software installed on your computer, which can be downloaded by clicking here
The USB cable that was included with your Harmony remote
(Any '5-Pin Mini-B' USB cable will work, such as one from most digital cameras, mp3 players or cell phones)

To reset your password or recover your Login ID:

Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software. On the login page, click on "I forgot my password"
Select Yes for "Do you have the remote?" and click on the button
Connect your Harmony remote when prompted and click on the button
Your login ID will be displayed. Answer either the Security question or two of the three questions about your account and click on the button
If necessary, enter a new password and click on the button
Once your password has been successfully reset, click on the button to proceed to your account
