If you're experiencing audio issues with your UE 4000 headphones, try the following:
Make sure that both ends of the cable are connected securely to the headphones and to your device. You shouldn't see any part of the gold plug when it's properly connected.
Adjust the headband so that the ear cups form a seal around your ears and don't fit too high or too low.
Try adjusting the volume on your device.
NOTE: Some smartphones have a 3.5mm jack that is incompatible with the UE 4000 headset. This can cause the audio to be weak or distorted.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
