You can connect the Bluetooth Speakers Z600 to a computer without using the supplied USB receiver, but we recommend that you use it.
If you don’t want to use the USB receiver, here’s how to connect to your computer directly:
Mac

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

Open the Bluetooth preference pane.

Click “+” to add a new Bluetooth device.

Turn the speaker on.

Press the Bluetooth button (above the power button).
NOTE: The status indicator on top of the right speaker will blink quickly, meaning the speaker is ready for pairing.

Select Logitech Z600 from the list of available devices and click Continue.
To set Bluetooth Speakers Z600 as stereo speakers on your Mac:

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

Select Sound.
-
On the Output tab, select “Logitech Z600”.

Close System Preferences.
Windows

Turn the speaker on.

Press the Bluetooth button (above the power button).
NOTE: The status indicator on top of the right speaker will blink rapidly, meaning the speaker is ready for pairing.

Open your Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.
-
Select Devices and Printers.
-
Select Bluetooth Devices.

Click Add a device.

Select Logitech Z600 from the list of devices, and then click next.
Once your speakers are paired and connected, select Bluetooth Speakers Z600 as the default playback device in the Windows Sound settings. Here’s how:

Open your Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Manage audio devices (under Sound).

Select “Speakers Bluetooth Hands-free Audio” and click Set Default.

Click OK.
