If you're having difficulty connecting to your Wi-Fi with your Harmony Ultimate remote, try the following:

Confirm that you entered your router's correct SSID (your Wi-Fi network name) and password.

Verify your Wi-Fi is working by connecting another device to it.

Unplug the power adapter from the hub and plug it back in to reboot it (the hub takes about 30 seconds to boot up).

Move your hub so it is in range of your router and remove obstructions that might be causing interference.

Make sure your network meets the minimum requirements (see answer 360023255214).

Power cycle your router by unplugging the power adapter and plugging it back in.

Reset your hub (see answer 360023255214 for more information).
If you are having difficulties connecting to your Wi-Fi after set up, try these steps:

Manually turn off all your devices (ex. television and AV receiver) and then reboot the hub (unplug the power adapter from the hub and plug it back in).
NOTE: The hub will take about 30 seconds to boot up.

Make sure you have Wi-Fi enabled for your Harmony Ultimate:

Plug your Harmony Ultimate remote into your PC and make sure the hub is powered on.

Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

Select your Harmony Ultimate from the Welcome screen.

Click Settings.
-
Click Set up / Change Wi-Fi Settings.

Enter your Wi-Fi information and then follow the instructions.

Confirm your Wi-Fi is working by using another device and making sure it connects.

Power cycle your router by unplugging the power adapter and plugging it back in.

Reset your hub (see answer 360023255214 for more information).

Make sure your smart device is connected to the 2.4GHz frequency on the router, as Harmony Ultimate isn't compatible with 5GHz.
