Your keyboard folio has an LED to indicate Bluetooth and battery status.
Battery status

Blinks green when battery is charging.

Solid green when battery is charged (more than 20%).

Red indicates the battery is low (less than 20%). You should charge your tablet keyboard when you can.
Bluetooth status

Blinks blue rapidly when the keyboard is looking for an iPad to connect to.

Solid blue when pairing or connection is successful.
