- Make sure the cable from the charging dock is securely connected to the power adapter and that the adapter is connected securely to a working power outlet.
- Make sure the charging dock is not upside down — you should see metallic contacts if the dock is correctly oriented.
- If your camera is still unable to charge, contact Customer Care, you may need a replacement dock.
