If Rally stops moving while you're using the pan or tilt buttons to change direction:

First, make sure you release the button and then press it again to resume camera movement.

Make sure the remote control is paired with the camera. Follow steps in “Remote control is not moving camera or functions are not working”.

If you still cannot pan the camera, unplug and replug the USB connection to reboot the device
