Reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere by using a pen or a paper clip to press the reset button (shown below) on the bottom of your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere for 2 seconds:

If resetting the Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere does not solve the problem, and your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere is still under warranty you will need to contact Logitech technical support.
