Go to Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices.
Click on the Audio tab.
In the Audio tab under "Default Device", select "USB AUDIO".
Click OK and then restart the media application.
Windows 7 and Vista
Close all media applications.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound.
Under Sound, choose "Manage audio devices".
On the Playback Devices tab, select "USB AUDIO".
Click Set Default and then OK.
Restart the media application.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
