Your keyboard folio has a status LED to indicate Bluetooth and battery status.
While powering on
Green, then turns off — Your keyboard is: on, charged enough to use, and paired with your iPad.
Green, then blinks blue — Your keyboard is: on, charged enough to use, and searching for an iPad to connect to.
Red, then turns off — The battery level is low. You should charge your tablet keyboard when you can.
After powering on
Blue, and blinking — The pairing button has been pressed and the keyboard is looking for an iPad to connect to.
Red, then turns off — The battery levels are low and the keyboard should be charged when possible.
After powering on
Green, and blinking — The keyboard is actively charging.
Green, and steady — The keyboard is fully charged.
