If you're having trouble with the microphone on your wireless headphones try the following:

If you're using the headphones in wireless mode, disconnect any devices from the 3.5mm auxiliary connection. The built-in ear cup microphone won't work with a device connected to this jack.

Make sure your Bluetooth device is within the range of your wireless headphones.

Check that your phone is in headset mode and mute hasn't been activated.

Turn off your wireless headphones, restart the Bluetooth connection on your device, and then turn the headphones back on.
NOTE: Your headphones may have limited functionality with some smartphones.
