If you cannot find Zone Vibe headset when you’re pairing the headset with the device via Bluetooth, please check and try the steps listed below:
- Make sure that your headset is in pairing mode — the headset LED should be blinking white. If not, enter pairing mode again by toggling the 3-button switch to the bottom and hold for two seconds.
- If your headset is already paired with your device, go to the Bluetooth paired device list and select Zone Vibe headset to reconnect.
- Turn your device Bluetooth settings off and back on to refresh the Bluetooth searching process.
- If this happens only on certain devices, update the operating system on those devices to the latest version to ensure that Bluetooth functions properly.
