This situation may occur if the wheel is running an older firmware version. You can fix the problem by updating the wheel’s firmware:
- Connect the wheel to your computer and open the Logitech G HUB software — you’ll be prompted that a firmware update is available. Follow the onscreen steps to download and install the update.
