If your iPad does not recognize the Combo Touch Keyboard, and nothing happens when you type, try the following:
- Check that the iPad is securely placed inside the Combo Touch Keyboard case and the connection between the case and keyboard is firm.
- Clean the Smart Connectors using a cotton swab lightly moistened with 99% alcohol.
- First remove the iPad, locate and wipe the three Smart Connector pads on both the back of the iPad and on the holder.
- Also wipe the three Smart Connector pads located on the top spine of the keyboard and the five pads located on the bottom of the holder.
