Your FreePulse has a reset button on the receiver. Pressing this button will reset your FreePulse, clearing all trusted devices. You may need to do this if you have often reconnected your headphones to other devices. To reset your FreePulse, do the following:

1. Press and hold the reset button on the receiver (shown below) for a few seconds.

   

2. Once you reset your FreePulse, you will need to re-connect your headphones to the receiver. For instructions on reconnecting your headphones, consult Knowledge Base article 360023217654.
