NOTE: You need to be connected to the internet to change settings in Alert Commander for Mac. Settings are stored in your web account.
Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date assures the best performance of your cameras. The Firmware Update tool lets you check your camera firmware and update it if needed.
Launch Alert Commander for Mac.
Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Click General.
Click Firmware Update.
If a firmware update is available, it will be listed in the Action column. If no update is available, No change will display.
NOTE: You can choose to complete the update for each camera individually.
Click Apply to start the firmware update for the selected cameras.
