If you find that your voice is too loud, or not loud enough, you can adjust the microphone volume. To adjust the microphone volume, use the Microphone Level Adjust. Use the provided screwdriver to adjust the volume of your outgoing sound.
To fine tune the microphone, place a call and talk while you rotate the control with the small screwdriver included in your package. Ask the person you are calling to let you know when the best sound level has been reached. You may want to check using both headset and handset.
Also, for optimal audio quality, place the microphone as close to your mouth as possible and adjust it to approximately two centimeters away from your face if you are using a headset.
