If your Illuminated Keyboard isn't working, it may be defective. Before you contact Logitech Technical Support:
Make sure your Illuminated Keyboard is securely plugged directly into a USB port on your computer.
NOTE: Hubs and KVM switches are not supported.
Try plugging your Illuminated Keyboard into a different USB port on your computer.
