If you're experiencing issues with the microphone on your Logitech UE 4000 headphones, try the following:

The cable for your headphones can be connected/disconnected from both ends — make sure both ends are securely connected to the headphones and your device.

Make sure that the microphone is placed correctly — the straight connector should be plugged into the headphones and the right angled connector should be plugged into your device.

Check that the microphone is not set to mute on your device.
NOTE: Some smartphones may not work with your headphones due to an incompatible connector/3.5mm jack. This can cause the microphone to not work.
