The CC3000e uses the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile (HFP). It doesn't support any other Bluetooth profiles such as A2DP (used for playing music) or AVRCP.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
