The CC3000e supports the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile (HFP). If your device doesn't support HFP, then the buttons associated with mute and volume controls won't work correctly. Devices that support A2DP (related to playing music) will also encounter this problem.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
