If your iPad does not charge when you plug in the charging cable, check the following:
- Make sure the charging cable is securely inserted. Remove the charging cable and plug it in again.
- If the iPad is still not charging, take Rugged Combo 2 apart and remove the iPad. Clean the lightning port on the iPad and the lightning connector on the cradle with a dry towel or cloth. After cleaning, reassemble Rugged Combo 2 and iPad and try charging again.
