Once you have added a room to your Sync Portal account you can schedule FW updates remotely for your devices. Here's how:
Click View from the inventory to enter the Room View.
Once in the room view, select Update.
Select the time window to apply the update, then click Schedule Update. NOTE: The update will be applied in the local time of the room.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
