There are a variety of reasons for line noise, but this it’s typically caused by poor ground isolation on the audio source device. Using a third-party ground loop isolator device can help — place this device in line between the headset and the audio source device.
NOTE: Logitech does not endorse any specific third-party ground loop isolation device. Your results may vary depending on the quality of the device you use.
