You'll see the following error message when trying to update the firmware, if your G FITS case is fully discharged.
Solution: Before you try to update the firmware, please make sure the G FITS case is connected to the power source using the USB cable. Then, follow the warnings in order to proceed with the Firmware update.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
