You can find the serial number in the Logi Tune app:
- Select your headset in the Devices list.

Click on the (i) button on the right, then click More Details.

- Scroll to the bottom of the list to see the serial number.
Alternatively, a serial number is also printed on the box and on a label inside the left earpad.
- Hold the earpad on the side with the mic boom.
- Rotate the earpad counterclockwise until it detaches the earpad.
