What are the features that are available on the Logi Options+ App?

You'll be able to do all customizations in Logi Options+ App that you were performing using the Logitech Presentation Software. This includes customizing the Previous and Next button actions and the Spotlight pointer effects.

In addition, you'll also be able to configure Smart Actions on a long press of the Previous and Next buttons and automatically back up the customization of your device to the cloud after creating an account.

What happens if I have both Logi Options+ and Logitech Presentation Software?

• Make sure that you are on the latest version of both the Logi Options+ App and the Logitech Presentation Software.
• When you have both applications installed, your device (Spotlight/ R500 Presentation Remotes) can only be customized using the Logi Options+ App.
• We recommend that you uninstall the Logitech Presentation software for a seamless experience.

Will I be able to use the Present Anywhere feature on the Logitech Presentation Software on the Logi Options+ App?

The Present Anywhere feature lets you export the Logitech Presentation software to an external flash drive. However, this feature will no longer be supported. You'll need to to install the latest version of the Logi Options+ App and customize your presentation remote using it.

We also recommend removing the Logitech Presentation software from your external flash device.

Are there any features on the Logitech Presentation Software that are not available on the Logi Options+ App?

The Timer feature has been disabled in R500, and the additional window that appears when you're in presentation mode and connected to an external monitor has also been removed. The timer feature is available for Spotlight Presentation Remote. All the other features are available in Logi Options+ for both R500 and Spotlight Presentation remotes.
