Users have reported an issue impacting certain Logitech G headsets which may result in a loss of microphone and/or surround sound functionality.
We are actively investigating this issue, and will release an update on this once it's been confirmed.
In the meantime, we kindly request that any impacted customers who are running the 2024.6 G HUB release to follow the steps below to manually downgrade the audio driver to the previous version until a full fix is released:
- Download the Driver Rollback Tool here.
- Run the .exe file as an administrator, When it completes, it will ask you to press any key to close the window after successful completion.
- Restart your PC.
- The issues with surround sound and/or your mic should now be resolved.
