You can update the firmware on your Zone Wired 2 headset using Logi Tune Desktop app.
Your headset is set to auto-update to keep it up to date with the latest firmware. Here’s how it works:
- The update will happen automatically if the headset is plugged into your computer with Logi Tune running in the background and is not in use for 5 minutes.
- During the update, the light indicator on the USB connector will display a purple and white looping pattern.
You should be able to see an “Update required” message under the product name in the Logi Tune app when a new firmware update is available. Click on the cloud button on the right, then click “Update” on the pop-up to run the update.
Alternatively, you can also check for firmware updates for your device manually:
- Open the Logi Tune Desktop app
- Select your headset from the list under “Devices”
- Click on the (i) button on the top right.
- Click "Check for update" to run the update.
