To add a TV to your account:
- Select Devices.
- Select the Add option.
- Select Add Television. If you have already set up a TV, you'll be asked whether you want to remove it. (You cannot add multiple devices of the same type.)
- Select the brand name of your TV from the list. If the brand name of your TV does not appear on the list, select Not on this list then enter the brand name and click Next (or press OK on your controller).
- Enter the model number of your TV then click Next (or press OK).
- You will be asked to confirm the model number of your TV. If the model number displayed is correct, select Yes, that's correct. If not, select No, let me re-enter it.
If you confirm the model number but it is not found on our database, you may be asked whether you have the device's original remote. If you do, you can use the original remote to "teach" its IR commands. If you don't, Harmony Link Control Center will search for a TV similar to yours.
Note:
Teaching is not available if your TV is a Google TV device manufactured by Sony. - Depending on which devices you have already set up, you may be asked to select the input your TV uses to connect to the devices. Select the input and press OK.
- If you have already set up an AV receiver, you will be asked to select which device you use to control volume. Select your TV or AV Receiver and press OK.
- A confirmation message will appear stating once your TV has been successfully added.
