Here's how to confirm that your Rugged Combo is properly connected:
- On your iPad, go to Settings.
- In the left pane, tap General.
- In the right pane, tap About.
- In the About panel, you should see either Rugged Combo or Rugged Case listed. If it says Rugged Combo, your keyboard is connected.
