Simply connect the included USB cable from the Tap touch controller to a USB port on the PC, then connect your camera and audio equipment via USB. Next, just connect your monitor(s) to the PC, connect the power supply and power on the PC. You’ll be walked through a few steps on screen to finish setup.
Can I use more than one Tap touch controller on a single PC?
It is possible to connect a second Tap device, but only if the conferencing application supports it.
How do I use my existing cameras and monitors with Tap?
All Logitech USB cameras and audio equipment simply plug into the same bundled PC that the Tap touch controller plugs into. Monitors (and most other USB camera and audio equipment) also connect easily with the bundled PC.
Is there a wireless and/or battery powered version? Can I use any USB-C type cable?
A power adapter is included, but Tap does not features wireless connectivity or battery power. Most USB cables should work, but cannot guarantee full functionality with third-party cables.
