If the camera’s password is still the default password, simply add it as a new camera.
If the password is different or unknown, you must first reset the camera, and then add it as a new camera. The camera must be reset with the camera connected to the power supply, and the power supply plugged into an outlet. To reset the camera's password, please do the following:
- Take the camera and insert the end of a paper clip into the reset hole on the bottom of the camera and press gently.
- Camera will cycle for about one minute, LED will be solid and then begin to flash.
- Go to Set Up> Advanced.
- Press Add New or Find My Cameras button.
