If you suspect your remote is defective, do the following:

1. Replace the battery with a new one.

   Battery Specifications:
   Model Number: CR-2025
   Voltage: 3 volts

2. Verify that the battery is correctly inserted into the remote (shown below).

3. If this does not resolve the problem, then you will need a replacement remote.

   If your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere is still within under warranty, you can contact Logitech technical support to obtain a new remote.
