If the DPI or the sensitivity setting on your G5 mouse changes during a game, do the following:
Change the position of your hand with which you hold the G5. Your fingers may be accidentally pressing the button that changes the DPI setting (shown below). Pressing this button will also change the speed and sensitivity for the mouse.
Check your game settings to verify that the game itself is not changing the DPI settings.
If the DPI or sensitivity change is accompanied by a temporary halt of the mouse movement, or if the previous suggestions did not resolve the problem, you will need to contact Logitech technical support.
