Verify that your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere is plugged into a functioning AC power outlet.

Reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere. You can reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere by using a pen or a paper clip to press the reset button (shown below) on the bottom of your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere for 2 seconds:

Ensure you have correctly seated your iPod/iPhone into the Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere.
