Your Keyboard Controller has dedicated volume up/down and mute keys. The volume up/down and mute key will control your TV or AV Receiver, depending on which device was selected, when you first setup your Revue.
You can customize these keys to control the volume on your TV or AV Receiver. For more information on customizing the keys on your Keyboard controller, see Knowledge Base article 19789.
