If you're having trouble with the microphone on your Logitech UE 9000, try the following:
- If you're using the headphones in wireless mode, disconnect any devices from the 3.5mm auxiliary connection. The built-in ear-cup microphone won't work with a device connected to this jack.
- Connect the supplied 3.5mm cable and use its in-line microphone.
- Make sure your Bluetooth device is within the range of your wireless headphones.
- Check that your phone is in headset mode and mute hasn't been activated.
- If you're using the headphones with a computer, make sure the microphone isn't muted in either your system or application settings.
- Turn off your wireless headphones, restart the Bluetooth connection on your device, and then turn the headphones back on.
NOTE: Your headphones may have limited functionality with some smartphones. This could prevent the microphone from working.
