If your speakers won’t connect to the USB receiver, or you’re having trouble connecting to a replacement receiver, try these steps to fix the issue:
Initiate pairing mode for the wireless receiver
IMPORTANT: Don't connect the wireless receiver to your computer until the pairing assistant instructs you to.
Download and install the Logitech Wireless Speaker Pairing Assistant software.
NOTE: You can get the software from the Z600 Downloads page.
Launch the pairing assistant software (pairing.exe) from the extracted folder.
Insert the receiver into a USB port.
Initiate pairing mode for the speaker
Turn the speaker on and then press the Bluetooth button to initiate pairing.
On the Logitech Wireless Speaker Pairing Assistant window, click Next.
Once your speakers are paired with the receiver, click Close.
Your speakers should now be paired with the USB receiver.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
