You can connect your X300 mobile speaker to a Mac or PC that has Bluetooth capabilities.
Mac
From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.
Open the Bluetooth preference pane.
Turn the speaker on.
Hold down the Bluetooth button on top of the speaker until you hear a tone.
NOTE: The Bluetooth connection button will blink rapidly, meaning the speaker is ready for pairing.When it appears in the Devices list, click Pair next to the Logitech X300.
In the System Preferences menu, select Sound.
Select the Output tab.
Select the "Logitech X300".
Your speaker is now ready to use.
PC
Turn the speaker on.
Hold down the Bluetooth button on top of the speaker until you hear a tone.
NOTE: The Bluetooth connection button will blink rapidly, meaning the speaker is ready for pairing.Open the Control Panel.
Select Hardware and Sound.
Select Devices and Printers.
Select Bluetooth Devices.
Click Add a device.
Select "Logitech X300" from the list of devices, and then click Next.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth Device Control window opens, expand the Headset type menu, and select "My hands-free device Logitech X300 does not have a display". Then, click Apply.
Once your speaker is paired and connected, you'll have to select the Logitech X300 as the default playback device in the Windows Sound settings. Here's how:
Open the Control Panel.
Select Hardware and Sound.
Select Manage audio devices (under Sound).
Select "Speakers Bluetooth Hands-free Audio" and click Set Default.
Click OK.
