The remote should vibrate and then be available for Bluetooth pairing for three minutes.

LOGITECH PRESENTATION SOFTWARE OVERVIEW

The Logitech Presentation Software allows you to use the Spotlight pointer effects, to set timers and vibration alerts, to start and go back to your presentation, to customize button functions, and to monitor battery life.

When the software is not installed you will only have the following plug and play functionality: 

• Next/Back to navigate your slides 
• Mouse cursor control to click on links and videos

The software works on Windows and Mac and can be downloaded here.




1 — TIMER 
Track presentation time and set vibration alerts.
 
NOTE: To make sure your audience does not see the timer window, it will only be visible on your laptop presenter screen when connected to an external screen or projector with extended display (not visible when mirroring or duplicating screens). The window appears when you start your presentation.

2 — POINTER 
Activate the Spotlight on-screen pointer effects and customize their size, contrast, and color.

TIP: Double press the highlight button on your Spotlight to toggle between pointer effects.

3 — HOLD NEXT BUTTON
Press and hold the next button to start your presentation.

4 —  HOLD BACK BUTTON 
You can customize the long-press on this button. For instance, you can use this to show a blank screen when you want your audience to focus on you.​

5 — BATTERY STATUS 
You will receive an on-screen notification to let you know when the battery is running low.

Logitech Presentation Lite

We heard your feedback! 

Gone are those days when you have to install the Logitech Presentation software with admin rights. This Lite software can be exported to your favorite external flash or storage devices.

Download/Install
Logitech Presentation Lite can be downloaded directly from the website or you can export it from your existing Logitech Presentation software. 

To export an existing installation:

1. Open the app.
2. Click Present anywhere.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: When you choose the export option, the settings and customizations you have already made will also be migrated into the external storage device.

To download and install from the website:

1. Download the lite version software.
2. Make sure you have a flash drive plugged in with a minimum of 50 MB storage.
3. Install the software and select the flash drive if there is more than one plugged in.
