If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer to access the Logitech Support site, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer 11. However, if it's not possible for you to upgrade your version of Internet Explorer, you'll need to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Internet Explorer. NOTE: You can also use another browser such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
To enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2:
- In Internet Explorer, click the gear icon or click Tools, and then select Internet options.
The Internet Options window appears.
- Click the Advanced tab, and in the Settings box, scroll down to Security.
- Click Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2, then click OK.
- Close Internet Explorer and then restart it for the changes to take effect.
