If the BASE comes up with your iPad Pro when you try to remove it from the cradle, do the following:
Check the anti-slip padding — make sure it has a good grip on the table or counter surface.
When you remove your iPad from the BASE, tilt the iPad slightly towards you (2-3 degrees) and then remove it — it should come off easily.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
