Your keyboard must be in Windows Mode to use the multimedia controls. To toggle between Windows Mode and Game Mode, press the Game Mode key on the upper right of the keyboard. The LED in the key will light up when you're in Game Mode.
The following function key combinations can be used for multimedia control:

To use the function keys, press and hold the FN key, and then press one of the keys listed above.
