- 1 lithium coin cell CR2016 battery
- Expected battery life is up to 2 years with regular use (approximately 4 hours per day)
- Open the top of the mount.
- Using a small Phillips-head screwdriver, unscrew and remove the screw from the battery door, located inside the top area of the mount.
- Remove the battery door. It should fall out with a gentle shake.
- Remove the depleted battery from the housing and insert a fresh CR2016 battery, with the + side facing up.
- Replace the battery door.
- Replace the screw and tighten using the screwdriver.
