You cannot reset the remote back to the factory settings. Any configuration on the remote can be overwritten by updating from a different/new account.
It is not recommended or necessary to reset the remote to factory settings if you are having programming issues with your Harmony remote. All settings can be individually adjusted for your devices and activities. Please refer to other Help articles for assistance with specific issues.
