Many factors can cause a camera not to work, from the type of USB port you have to software file problems. The type of USB port you have determines, to a large degree, how the camera will work. There are some USB chipsets that our cameras have known issues with. To determine if the issue you are experiencing is due to the type of USB chipset you have, click here.
