Both Alert Commander and WiLife Command Center can send motion alerts -- such as images and video clips -- to cell phones and other mobile devices that are capable of receiving email.
To do this, you'll need to know the receiving address of the mobile device. This address will be different for each carrier. For a list of carriers and their addresses, see the following websites:
If your email carrier isn't listed and you don't know the information required, you'll need to contact your cell phone provider.
NOTE: Not all email capable phones have the ability to display image and video attachments. Check with your cell phone provider, or refer to your device's User Documentation for further details. Also, please note that WiLife image or video alerts can only be viewed on mobile devices running Windows Mobile operating systems.
For more information about email alert management, view the Help files in Alert Commander or WiLife Command Center. Here's how:
Open Alert Commander or WiLife Command Center.
Press F1 on your keyboard.
Type "email" in the index tab.
